Meet the Owner

Meet Kevin, a dedicated fitness coach with four years of experience in the industry.  Born with a natural inclination towards sports, Kevin found solace and passion in activities like basketball and cross country. However, it wasn’t until he stepped into the gym that he discovered the transformative power of fitness. 

Driven by a desire to improve his own physical and mental well-being, Kevin immersed himself in the world of strength training, cardio workouts, and nutrition. What started as a personal journey soon evolved into a profound commitment to helping others unlock their full potential through fitness. 

Over the past four years,Kevin has honed his skills as a fitness coach, guiding clients of all ages and backgrounds towards their health and wellness goals. Whether it’s designing personalized workout plans, offering nutritional guidance, or providing unwavering support and motivation, he approaches every client interaction with empathy, expertise, and enthusiasm.

Kevin’s own journey from sports enthusiast to dedicated fitness coach serves as a testament to the transformative impact of leading an active lifestyle. He believes that fitness is not just about physical appearance, but also about cultivating strength, resilience, and confidence from within.

How much does it cost?

 

We have a variety of programs and package options. Reach out today to see if the programs or packages match what you’re looking for!

How do I sign up for a membership?

Reach out to one of the coaches to help set up a Get-To-Know-You Session where we will talk about your goals, past exercise history, and any related injuries to see if it’s the right for you! 

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely! We don’t believe in long-term contracts. If this is not the right fit for you then you can cancel anytime! We recommend canceling training sessions a week in advance.

What types of fitness programs do you offer?

We offer online, 1 on 1 training, and small group training. Small Group training will be offered in a 3: 1 ratio. 

Do you offer personalized training plans?

Yes! We offer personalized training plans that will help you get the results that you want 🙂 

How often am I billed for my membership?

Memberships are billed weekly.

What about the pain I have?

We are very familiar with working with clients who have pain and will never force you to work through the pain. Our custom programs are designed to fit in appropriate exercises that will accommodate your needs. Our coaches are highly knowledgeable about modifications. 

How long before I see results?

We don’t believe in short, unrealistic goals. If you are able to make improvements in sleep, stress, nutrition, and exercise you will see results quickly. With more results over time, imagine what you can achieve in a year!
